TESI was built on a solid foundation focusing on the five principles of ethical governance, accountability, professionalism, diversity, and compassion. Our vision is to build a diverse and welcoming organization that serves all communities throughout California.
We are motivated, encouraged, and inspired by the clients that we serve because we serve those that are dedicated to serving others. We are receptive and responsive to the growing needs of caregivers, educators, and other professionals in our community, and as such, we are continually developing new training and exploring new services that are in demand.
Since the start of the pandemic, adults, children, and youth in our community have experienced a drastic increase in stress, anxiety, substance abuse, violence, and depression. During these difficult times, individuals are in need of support more than ever. To support the needs of the community our organization continues to provide training and support to promote awareness of these and other psychosocial issues.
